This step will allow you to target properties that perfectly meet your needs.

I recommend considering properties with potential for improvement, which can be an excellent opportunity to maximize long-term value.

Even if a property appeals to you at first glance, a thorough inspection is still essential. With my 30 years of experience in building inspection, I have developed an expert eye to quickly detect potential defects, wear and tear on certain components and signs of neglected maintenance over the years. I will accompany you from this first visit to secure your purchase. Once a promise to purchase is accepted, you will need to hire an inspector to carry out a thorough inspection, conditional on your complete satisfaction. This inspector must be covered by errors and omissions insurance and be part of an association recognized by the OACIQ. I can refer you to at least three qualified inspectors, or, if you know one, it is just as valid. Their detailed report on the general condition of the property will allow you to make an informed decision with confidence.
